Who is responsible

Adellus Ltd, operating the Navvy website, is responsible for deciding how information collected through this website is used. Adellus Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13292913. Its registered office is 18 Fraser Road, London, England, E17 9DD.

For privacy questions or requests, email yoann@wearenavvy.com.

What is collected

The fit-call form asks for your name, work email, and any website or business context you choose to share. If you email directly, Navvy receives the information in your message.

The website and its hosting providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and pages visited.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond, understand whether Navvy is a useful fit, arrange a conversation, keep necessary correspondence, and protect the form from misuse.

The legal basis is Navvy’s legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and operating a secure website. Where you ask Navvy to take steps towards a contract, the information may also be needed to take those steps. Contact-form information is not used to make solely automated decisions about you.

Services involved

Access is limited to Navvy and the services needed to run the site and receive an enquiry. Navvy does not sell your personal information.

VercelWebsite hosting and secure form processing.
ResendDelivery of the enquiry to Navvy by email.
SlackAn internal notification so the enquiry is seen promptly.
GoogleGoogle Tag Manager and any measurement tags configured through it.

These services operate internationally, so information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Their privacy information explains their locations and handling: Vercel, Resend, Slack, and Google.

Cookies and analytics

Google Tag Manager is used to manage website measurement. Tags configured through it may receive information about pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, and interactions with the site, and may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Where measurement is not strictly necessary, it should run only after you choose to allow it through the website’s cookie controls. Essential technologies used to secure the site and deliver the form are not controlled by that choice.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information is kept only while it is reasonably needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship. It may be kept longer where needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute records, then deleted or anonymised. Measurement data follows the retention settings of the analytics tools Navvy configures.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, a usable copy, or object to its use. Email yoann@wearenavvy.com to make a request or raise a concern.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk.
